The Village of Clinton Water Treatment Plant consisted of building a new filter treatment building. The project involved site piping installation, concrete foundations, pre-engineered building, installing owner supplied membrane filters, installing chemical dosing system and compressor system for the filters. TRUE Consulting selected Pall Corporation filters and Cumming Construction installed the owner supplied filters. TRUE Consulting was the project engineer and the project was completed in November 2014.
